The office staff is very kind and knowledgeable . Dr. Ying Lei is very kind, compassionate and gentle. I had my Pap smear and mammogram done today and for the first time, I had a Dr actually listen to me and my concerns and address everything, she is top of the line.

i am grateful to have found a place with people that genuinely care about addressing every concern. My health professional Hannah Hickman helped identify my symptoms and the best course of action to improve my health. My doctor Kaitlyn Zipoli Agudelo is amazing. She explains everything in terms someone without medical experience can understand, addresses every question , tends to every concern with professionalism humor and kindness. The staff rocks their pink scrubs and always helps make sure you are cared for and prepared to speak with the doctor. i enjoy this office a lot as it has been a battle finding a treatment team in this field to help me passionately honestly and professionally. i had one triggering experience with a staff member making comments behind the front desk due to my late arrival for an appointment on a Saturday. it made me feel like an inconvenience or a joke due to them aggressively asking front desk where i am and front desk’s response that i was in the lobby. The doctor I was seeing that day Hannah was able to help me complete the check in questionnaire after i felt a little flustered from over hearing that comment and knowing that i arrived late. Fatigue has been a concern I have had. The staff member that made me feel this way was a male and someone I never seen before in this facility. He wore pink but he was nothing like the staff members I’ve become familiar with since starting at this location. My doctor Kaitlyn helped so much at the following appointment to calm my mind after completing google searches that made my mind wonder about the causes of my problems. i am grateful to be able to finally have answers about my body, a plan for healing, and a team that can help me live confidently as well as healthy. This is a staff that prioritizes women’s needs (not just gynecological) and the root cause of any and all issues. Thank you so much

I have only visited the Downtown location. The wait time there can be hit or miss. Sometimes they will see you right at your appointment time but others you will wait an hour or so to be seen. Staff is great though! Dr. Forde-Kelly is amazing. She's knowledgeable, thorough and has excellent bedside manner. I've always had a positive experience with her.

Quaint little place. Love the environment and they have excellent customer service. I had to reschedule my appointment and they scheduled me the same day!…thank you!

To any woman that is searching for a place where the staff is kind, professional, attentive and caring this is the place. I've had 2 experiences there so far and everyone has just been wonderful. From check in, to p.a.'s, the doctor, to exams, techs and beyond the staff has made it a wonderful experience.

The staff work happily, gently and cuttely. My doctor is Yasmine Kareem very enthusiastic in visiting patients, thoughtful, gentle during examination. But, I see that a staff member standing there doing paperwork for patients with a runny nose due to allergies, so it would be better to wear a mask.
