About Dr Leigh C. White, MD

She is proud to serve the communities of central Florida at The Women’s Center, which has locations in Orlando, St. Cloud, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Ocoee, Winter Park and Celebration, Florida.
Dr. White entered medicine to combine her love of science with her passion for women’s healthcare. She obtained her PhD in Microbiology & Immunology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and then graduated from Wake Forest University Medical School with her MD in 2001. She attended the residency program in OB/GYN at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children (now Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies) here in Orlando.
She is a board-certified member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a member of the National Vulvodynia Association, and a member of the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease. Her special interests include the treatment of chronic vaginal infections, birth control, and preventative and adolescent medicine.
When not practicing medicine at The Women’s Center, Dr. White enjoys spending time with her husband of 29 years, her son, and her Springerdoodle, Grover.
Dr. White sees patients at The Women’s Center in our downtown Orlando location.
